Grams28.com has a 30-day return policy. Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are still in new condition, with all the original tags still attached, for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

To return a purchase, the items must meet the following conditions:

Be returned within 30 days of your delivery date.
Be uncustomized - meaning that any product that has been customized with your initials are ineligible for refunds/exchanges.
Be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
Be returned with original tags and packaging.

If you apply for store credit, you will receive an extra 10% credit of value for the items you return. To initiate a return process, kindly send an email at shop@grams28.com.

Please note that you are responsible for all costs associated with the return of your products, and all refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.

The condition of returned items will be at the discretion of the exchange department upon receipt and items must be in saleable condition to qualify. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at their discretion.
